Entrée: Crispy prawn & chive dumplings with black vinegar & ginger
Soup: Chicken & sweet corn
Main: Red braised pork belly with rice, masterstock sauce & Asian greens
Dessert: Chinese steamed ginger cake and salted caramel anglaise with vanilla ice cream
Beverage on arrival: Lychee spritz, Tsingtao beer or Prosecco
