Live Music & Tribute Nights
Three tribute nights fill the calendar between now and the end of October. Each follows the same format: a three-course dinner, harbour views, and a live act built around the songs you already know the words to. Doors open early enough for a drink before the entrée, and the dance floor tends to fill somewhere around the second set.
September 26: One Night in Vegas: Elvis Presley & Roy Orbison Tribute artist Joe Piastrino takes the stage from 6:15pm, running through Pretty Woman, Crying, Can't Help Falling in Love and Suspicious Minds. Tickets run $100 per person and include the three-course dinner and entertainment, with drinks at bar prices. The night wraps at 10:30pm. October 17: A Tribute to the Late, Great Dolly Parton Doors open at 6:15pm, entrée is served at 7:00 pm, and the night runs until 10:15 pm. Dinner comes with a beverage on arrival, and drinks after that sit at bar prices. Ten dollars from each ticket supports the Ocean Grove Evening View Club, again backing The Smith Family's education programs. Expect a room full of people who grew up on 9 to 5 and Jolene, singing along without much encouragement needed.
October 24: Tina Turner & Tom Jones: The Ultimate Experience Two tribute acts share one bill, featuring Proud Mary, Nutbush City Limits and Simply the Best alongside It's Not Unusual, Delilah and What's New Pussycat? Tickets are $100 per person for the three-course dinner and show, running 6:15pm to 10:30pm, drinks at bar prices. Ten dollars from every ticket goes to the Ocean Grove Day View Club. Book here.
Across all three nights, a portion of every ticket goes to a local View Club chapter supporting The Smith Family's education programs for children in need. Nobody's asking you to buy a ticket for the charity, but it's a nice reason to pick 360Q over a tribute show anywhere else.
360Q Turns 10: The Party of the Decade
October 10, 6:15pm–11pm
Ten years ago this building sat empty on the harbour, part of a $38 million marina development that had gone quiet before it found its feet. Barry Iddles took it over and turned it into the spot locals bring their parents, their partners, their whole extended family for Sunday lunch. A decade of anniversaries, birthdays, quiet weekday coffees and loud Saturday nights follows from that one decision.
The Party of the Decade marks it properly: a celebratory drink on arrival, a three-course dinner, and live entertainment from Escarpments carrying the night through to close. Drinks sit at bar prices throughout. If you've celebrated a milestone at 360Q at any point over the last ten years, this is the night that's for you.

Spring Racing Season on the Harbour
Two lunches, four days apart, both built around bubbles, jazz and a big screen for the race. Neither one needs a fascinator to enjoy, but plenty of people wear one anyway.
November 3: Melbourne Cup Day Luncheon (12:15pm–4:15pm) A three-course lunch with a glass of bubbles on arrival, then drinks at bar prices for the rest of the afternoon. Double Take plays live jazz while you watch the race that stops the nation and have a go at the sweeps. Tickets are $85 per person, with $10 from each one going to the Ocean Grove Day View Club. November 5: Oaks Day Luncheon (12:15pm–4pm) Same setup, smaller price tag: $80 per person for the three-course lunch, bubbles on arrival, Double Take on stage, sweeps and the race on the big screen. Both lunches run early enough to leave the afternoon free, and both fill fast once the Cup Day form guides start circulating. If you're planning a work function or a group booking around either date, get in before the last week of October.
Christmas & New Year's Eve at 360Q
December 20: Carols on the Harbour (6:15pm–10:30pm) The annual Christmas dinner: fresh prawns, roast turkey with all the trimmings, and a plum pudding to close, backed by live music from Escarpments. Adult tickets are $80, kids under 12 are $40, drinks at bar prices. It's the one night on the calendar built as much for families as it is for couples, and the room tends to skew younger than the tribute nights earlier in the season. Book here.
December 31: New Year's Eve
Two rooms, two ways to see the same fireworks.
Downstairs gets you a four-course dinner in the main restaurant, an inclusive beverage package, and live entertainment through to midnight. It's the more relaxed of the two, closer to the water, closer to the bar. Book here.
Upstairs runs the same four courses and beverage package with a live band, from a different vantage point over Queenscliff Marina. The function room upstairs gives a wider sightline over the harbour, which matters when the fireworks start. Book here.
Both nights run 7pm to 12:15am and cost $220 per person. Both catch the two firework displays over the harbour, one at 9:30pm and the second at midnight. NYE at 360Q sells out most years, often weeks out from the date, so the choice between upstairs and downstairs is worth making early rather than leaving it to whichever room still has tables in December.
Planning Around These Dates
A few things worth knowing before you book. Every event on this list runs as a set menu with a fixed price, so there's no ordering off the à la carte board on the night. Drinks are almost always priced separately at the bar, on top of the ticket, aside from the arrival drink included in most packages. If you're travelling in from Melbourne or the Mornington Peninsula, the Sorrento–Queenscliff ferry drops you a short walk from the front door, which saves the drive back after a few glasses of wine.

What's On at 360Q
360Q turns ten this year. A decade of first dates, weddings, long lunches and farewells on Queenscliff Harbour, and the next few months bring the biggest run of events the venue has hosted. Tribute nights, a milestone birthday party, spring racing lunches and a festive finale all land between now and New Year.
The view hasn't changed since Barry Iddles took over the building in 2016. Two storeys, a wraparound deck, boats moored below and Port Phillip Heads stretching out past the marina. What's changed is how much is now happening in that room on any given weekend, and this guide runs through every event on the books, what each one includes, and where to book.
