Jazz at 360Q proudly presents The Syncopators, one of Australia’s most respected and enduring jazz ensembles.

Described by the late Graeme Bell AO MBE as “easily one of the top jazz groups in Australia today”, The Syncopators bring over four decades of joyful, swinging jazz to Queenscliff Harbour. Founded in 1984 by trombonist Chris Ludowyk, the band has performed at major jazz and performing arts festivals across Australia and Europe, completing 18 international tours and releasing 17 CDs and an LP.

Recent highlights include appearances at the Breda (Netherlands), Dresden (Germany) and Ascona (Switzerland) International Jazz Festivals, Bell Award shortlistings and winning Best Australian Classic Jazz Recording of the Year.
