Join us on Sunday 10 May for a special Mother’s Day experience in our upstairs waterfront restaurant, with entertainment by the amazing Sally and Phil from Fiction. Think grazing-style dining, a glass of bubbles on arrival, excellent entertainment and a menu designed to be shared, savoured and remembered.

Entrées: Heirloom Tomato & Burrata with basil oil, pine nuts & aged balsamic (V, GF); Tempura Prawns with homemade tartare (GF); Leek Croquettes with chipotle mayo & shaved parmesan
Mains: Roasted Free-Range Chicken with asado flavourings (GF); Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon (GF); King Island Scotch Fillet with chef’s signature marinade (GF)
Sides: Lechuga Salad with citrus dressing; Baked chats with olive oil, Murray River salt & herbs
Dessert: Warm Chocolate Fondant with raspberry coulis & vanilla bean ice cream
