Prepare to experience the glamour and excitement of the 1920s and ’30s as The Easy Does It Swing Quartet brings the golden era of jazz to life at 360Q.
This Melbourne-based jazz ensemble, co-led by dynamic reed player Jon Hunt and the captivating vocalist Georgia Brooks, delivers performances infused with vintage charm and a profound love and respect for classic jazz.
We are thrilled to collaborate with the fabulous Diana Allen from Jazz Australia to present this exciting series of events at 360Q in 2025, with this first concert kicking off the season on Sunday 2 February at noon for a 12.30pm start. The incredible 360Q chefs will create a grazing style finger food luncheon for guests to enjoy with drinks at bar prices.
Georgia Brooks, a powerhouse on Melbourne’s jazz and lindy-hop scene, and Jon Hunt, who has graced stages from Melbourne to New York with renowned acts such as Grammy-winning The Nighthawks and the Gordon Webster Band, are at the helm of this exceptional group.
Joining them are Tamara Murphy on bass and Sam O’Halloran on guitar, both acclaimed bandleaders and among Australia’s finest rhythm section players.
