Join us for this much-loved annual wine dinner, where exceptional local wines are perfectly paired with a specially curated menu created by our talented chefs.

Evening pairings include:

Canapés – paired with Leura Park Blanc de Blanc
Entrée – paired with Baie Pinot Gris
Main – paired with Banks Road Pinot Noir
Dessert – paired with Scotchmans Hill Late Harvest Reisling
Cheese Course – paired with McGlashan Rosé
