Since opening 360Q we’ve met so many wonderful people from all across the Bellarine and beyond. But our customers don’t always get to chat with all our staff, especially those who work behind the scenes, so we thought we’d make it easy and introduce them to you instead!

Best part of your job?
Being able to work with such a diverse team who are so passionate about serving amazing food at an incredibly high standard to meet all of our customers’ needs.
Favourite dish on the menu and why?
My favourite dish on the menu would be our crispy skinned pork belly with smoked pineapple salsa. The balance of flavours is delicious.
Best part about working in Queenscliff?
Would have to be the atmosphere of the stunning Queenscliff Harbour that surrounds 360Q. It is just amazing how calming and tranquil it is.
If you could invite two people in the world to dinner at 360Q, who would they be and why?
I would invite two under-privileged teenagers to give them an experience which would hopefully then empower them to follow whatever dream they have.
What’s your hospitality superpower?
Being able to go above and beyond. Nothing is too big of a request – it is just an exciting challenge.
