In conversation with ‘The Good Cop’ Ron Iddles

Join us for a unique charity dinner and in-conversation event at 360Q on Friday April 27. Our special guests will be Ron Iddles OAM APM, one of Victoria’s most decorated homicide detectives (now retired) and Selba Gondoza Luka, Mental Health Clinician, family violence campaigner and CEO/Founder of African migrant outreach organisation, Afri-Aus Care.

Ron will share experiences throughout his time as one of Victoria’s most senior detectives who worked on many high-profile and often controversial cases over the course of his illustrious career.

Selba will share her personal experience with emotional family violence and abuse as a migrant to Australia, and speak about why she founded Afri-Aus Care and the wonderful success stories of those who her organisation has assisted in Melbourne.

Copies of Ron Iddles’ biography, The Good Cop by author Justine Ford, will be on sale at the event. Ron will be on hand to sign copies of the book for guests, with profits going to Afri-Aus Care.

And $20 from each guest’s ticket price will also be donated to the group to continue to provide support services to migrant youth from African and other culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and their families, who are at risk or experiencing mental health issues, family and intergenerational conflict or are in the court system due to offences arising from these circumstances.

Tickets are $120 and include a gourmet three-course menu by 360Q’s talented team of chefs, wine, beer and soft drinks as well as the presentations by our guest speakers.
Doors open at 6pm, entree served at 7pm.
